I have always had a natural interest in health and wellness. Having witnessed loved ones face serious health challenges drove me to continue to dive ever deeper into preventative health, learning more about how our habits today shape the health of our future.
I gradually began to transform my habits - focusing on better nutrition, increased activity, improved sleep, stress management, and reducing toxins. These small changes bled over into my family's habits and have led to remarkable results.
The knowledge I've gained and experiences I've had ultimately drove me to become a Certified Health Coach. Now, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, combining personal insights with evidence-based education.
In my interactions, I’ve discovered many people are eager to make healthier choices but feel overwhelmed about where to start. And understandably so! We are bombarded with conflicting information, intense marketing tactics, and confusing data.
As a Certified Health Coach, I’m here to support anyone, particularly those juggling work and personal life demands, who are seeking to incorporate more healthy habits into their routine.
After my experience climbing the proverbial ‘corporate ladder,’ I have firsthand experience with the immense pressure individuals face in balancing professional performance with personal well-being, both for themselves and their families.
My goal is to be a resource to support others as they work to identify small, healthy changes – so they too can experience the overall health benefits that come with those and enjoy all that life has to offer us!
As a Certified Health Coach, I support adults who are striving to meet their health and wellness goals. I encourage people to reflect on all aspects of their lives – nutrition, attitude, physical activity levels, & lifestyle (including stress management, sleep habits, toxic load and more) – to understand how everything is connected. This holistic approach is often overlooked, creating missed opportunities.
While group coaching presentations are a great way to learn more about a specific topic, individual coaching sessions allow us to really dive into your personal needs and opportunities for better health.
My support includes providing motivation, encouragement, and accountability, along with education and resources backed by science. You'll also get access to a software program that allows you to lot your nutrition, physical activity, and more so that we gather insights into your habits and we can then brainstorm together as you set and work towards accomplishing your goals!
