The goal of this program is to share a roadmap that can lead to better health for all adults and seniors, with a focus on living a longer, healthier life.

  • Tips to help prevent disease and unhealthy aging
  • Ideas to boost energy levels, reduce stress, sleep better, and think sharper
  • Share practical tools and take-away resources to guide you to make healthier choices every day

During the course of this Senior Luncheon, hosted by South Hanover Township, I will condense this 3-part series into one 60-minute presentation. The goal is to highlight the key takeaways from this extended series so that we have actionable steps to take to improve our health so we can enjoy not just a longer life span, but a higher quality health span!

Those in attendance at this luncheon will receive a significant discount off of the cost should they wish to experience the entire 3-part series in its’ entirety. Participants will have the opportunity to book the 3-part series on an in-person or virtual basis.

This is a 3-part series that provides a comprehensive look at how our bodies change as we age, the powers we have to heal ourselves, and how we can best tap into these amazing benefits of healthy living! Join us every 2 weeks over your lunch hour for a period of 6 weeks to experience the full program!

  • (3) 60-90 minute presentations over the course of 6-9 weeks, starting at 12 Noon on Tuesdays
