Our Body’s Fountain of Youth

This is a 3-part series that provides a comprehensive look at how our bodies change as we age, the powers we have to heal ourselves, and how we can best tap into these amazing benefits of healthy living! Join us every 2 weeks over your lunch hour for a period of 6 weeks to experience the full program!

The goal of this program is to share a roadmap that can lead to better health for all adults and seniors, with a focus on living a longer, healthier life. Goals of this program include:

  • A better understanding of how our bodies function and what we need to thrive
  • Tips to help prevent disease and unhealthy aging
  • Ideas to boost energy levels, reduce stress, sleep better, and think sharper
  • Share practical tools and take-away resources to guide you to make healthier choices every day

By joining me for this 3-part series, you will receive:

  • (3) 60-90 minute presentations over the course of 6-9 weeks, starting at 12 Noon on Tuesdays
