Each day, you'll receive simple, actionable steps focused on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and more — backed by science and tailored for this unique phase of life. Whether you're just starting to notice changes or you're deep in the perimenopause transition, this 7-day reset offers the foundational habits your body needs to feel balanced, strong, and supported from the inside out.  


When you sign up for this program, you'll receive the following items each day: 

  • Information & resources informing you about what's going on in your body during this midlife transition
  • Practical and achievable daily habits to incorporate to make the midlife transition as smooth as possible
  • A brief video to provide motivation, ideas, and encouragement


In addition to that daily support for 7 days, you will also have access to: 

  • A food & lifestyle log to get a clear picture of your current habits (accessible for 30 days)
  • 24/7 access to messaging with your Coach to ask questions and celebrate wins

6-Month Premium Program - Managing the 'Mess' in Midlife

For women 35-60 who are experiencing the changes associated with perimenopause and menopause.

 Mood swings, brain fog, and hot flashes...oh my! What a time in a woman's life! 


In addition to battling the heavy demands of our careers, parenting, and assisting our own aging parents...add to that the additional challenges associated with this time of life. 


Having more than 100 potential documented symptoms, perimenopause can start to throw us out of our routine and make us feel not like ourselves anymore. What used to work for us doesn't work any longer. We start to put on weight. We struggle to balance our multitude of tasks. What is happening?!?!?


By signing up for this program, we will learn more about the following challenges associated with perimenopause and menopause (though this list is not all-inclusive!):
