This 6-month program is focused on a few key lifestyle changes that we can make during this time to ease the symptoms as much as possible in natural ways. We will meet 1:1 twice a month, continually layering several different healthy habit changes that will help us to feel our best and regain our power and control as we navigate this period in our lives.
