The goal of this program is to share a roadmap that can lead to better health for all adults and seniors, with a focus on living a longer, healthier life.

During the course of this Senior Luncheon, hosted by South Hanover Township, I will condense this 3-part series into one 60-minute presentation. The goal is to highlight the key takeaways from this extended series so that we have actionable steps to take to improve our health so we can enjoy not just a longer life span, but a higher quality health span!

This is no secret – we are all WAY too busy to get sick! We don’t want to miss out on time spent with friends and family and we don’t want to use our PTO time at work to sit at home sick!
